- Breakneck Campground is surrounded by beautiful McConnell's Mill
State Park and located along the road to Breakneck Bridge and
Eckert's Bridge. There are grass, gravel and deck
sites available to rent by the day. Groups are
welcome. There is a 28' X 48' lodge available for
group meetings, reunions or any occasion. We
offer year round camping except Sept. and October when
we hold our annual haunted hayride & haunted house
event. Call to check on exact dates.
- Outdoor recreation areas are
located nearby for kayak,
canoe, hikers,
- mountain bikers, rock
climbers and fishermen. Moraine State Park is a 10
minute drive away with swimming, boating, bicycling and picnicking.
- This is truly a photographers
paradise.

- From Pittsburgh: I-79 north to Exit 96, West on Rt. 488 one half mile to Rt. 19 north, go one
half mile, turn left on Cheeseman Road, go two miles to the campground on left.
From Butler, PA: Rt.422 West to Rt. 19 South. Go 3 miles to Cheeseman Road. Turn right, go 2 miles to campground on
left, or follow 422 west to 488 west to Rt. 19 north, go
half mile to Cheeseman Rd on left. Go 2 miles to campground
on left.
