Great Pumpkin Parties

Parties are available on Saturday and Sunday ONLY starting on October 5th until October 27th, 2024

Available party time slots are 11AM - 1PM or 2PM - 4PM

Are you looking for a fun and unique venue to host your child's birthday party? If so, you're definitely at the right place! We offer wide open spaces, lots of hay bales to jump on, and hayrides to the pumpkin patch. We also have the Pumpkin Video if you choose to have it played. We take care of the setup and provide you with everything you need to make your party a success. Don't worry about cleaning up when it's over either - we've got you covered! 

Here's what's included:

  • Personalized Service – Host/Hostess to assist you throughout your party.

  • Use of the party space for two hours (Available 15 minutes prior to reserved time)

  • Setup and cleanup

  • Plastic Table Covers in black or orange

  • Place setting for each guest (Plate, Forks, Cups)

  • Private Hayride around the farm and to our pumpkin patch

  • Playtime at the hay jump

  • Small Pumpkin for each guest

*We DO permit your own cakes and cupcakes for your party - we will provide small plates, forks, and napkins for you!

Pricing:

$15 per person with $300 minimum, so at least 20 people​

Registration/Reservations:

  • A $100 deposit is required to hold the date and time of your party – the remaining balance is due the day of your party.  Deposits are non-refundable.  We accept cash, check, or credit card – a 3% fee will be added if paying by credit card.

  • You may bring balloons, decorations, and simple games or crafts for indoors.  However, paint for pumpkins is not permitted.  All party decorations must be removed before the end of your two-hour party. All guests are welcome to stay following the two hours to continue the fun at the farm!

  • If you would like your hayride to stop in our pumpkin patch to pick additional pumpkins, please let the driver know when boarding.  Pumpkins picked in the patch will be brought back and weighed to determine the purchase price. Guests not attending the party may be added to the Hayride at a cost of $5.00 per person (Maximum 30 per hayride).

  • Dates are filling up fast — to request a field trip for your group, send us an email or fill out a contact form today.  IMPORTANT – A confirmation email will be sent providing additional information – if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please call (724) 368-3233
